At EDO Performance, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your selection doesn't meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn items with original tags attached.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your EDO Performance account or visit our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and provide a reason for the request.
Print Return Label
Once your request is approved, download and print the pre-paid shipping label provided via email and securely package your items in their original packaging.
Ship the Package
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure you keep your tracking receipt for verification during the transit period.
Receive Refund or Exchange
After our quality control team inspects the returned garments, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your new exchange items within 5-7 business days.
