Advanced features of the XtremeX ECU:

  • Fully programmable E-throttle control complete with capability of gear shift throttle blip and antilag.
  • Cruise control.
  • Two independent CAN modules.
  • 30 general purpose tables (up from 20)
  • All Motorsport features including full gear shift control, cruise control, traction control, antilag and launch control.
  • Advanced closed loop lambda strategy and dual bank lambda control.

The terminated harness has the following features:

  • Designed to match the PC Link base maps IO setup so that most engines can be made to run with minimal adjustments.

  • Provides spare IO via a “Spares” connector — extra capacity for sensors, switches, or custom additions.

  • With the addition of the fusebox, this package includes main chassis “flying leads” (un‐terminated wires) for essential power and control, including:

    • Large red “Batt+” wire (for ECU main power)

    • Red-Green “Fan” wire (ECU-controlled +12V to cooling fan), rated 20A continuous

    • Red-Blue “Fuel Pump” wire (ECU-controlled +12V), 20A continuous

    • Grey-Black “Ign Sw” wire (to ignition switch)

  • Equipped with sealed JPT terminals in the chassis connector (TE Connectivity JPT family), with mating connector specs provided.

  • The harness includes multiple dedicated connectors for key components, such as:

    • Pedal connector (for DBW pedal): 5V, sensor ground, two analog voltage inputs

    • CAN2 connector: for CAN devices like lambda modules, displays, keypads, etc.

    • MAP connector: compatible with Link MAP sensors; adapter available for factory LS MAP sensors

    • Knock sensor connector: supports up to two knock sensors, with adapters available for Gen 3 or Gen 4 factory sensors

    • Alternator connector: for “F Body” alternators; provides exciter/lamp wire to terminal B

    • Transmission (“Trans”) connector: for reverse switch, DI, or other functions needing cabin signal

    • IAC connector: for 4-wire stepper IAC; if no IAC is used, those channels may be used for other functions (boost valve, NOS, etc.)

    • TPS connector: for cable-throttle sensors; if using DBW, may be repurposed

    • DBW (electronic throttle) connector: for DBW throttle bodies, providing analog inputs, 5V, sensor ground; may be repurposed in cable-throttle engines
